Camp Kidz

A collaboration between KCCDD, Bridgeway, and Warren Achievement Center

Camp Kidz' mission is to promote and nurture the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of persons with disabilities. 

Camp Kidz is a fun and exciting summer day camp available to Knox, Warren, and Henderson County area children ages 5 - 21. Camp is located at the KCCDD gymnasium, and activities may include the following, plus more! 

  • Field Trips to Camp Big Sky, Discovery Depot, Knox County Fair, Local Parks, and other exciting places in our community

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Swimming

  • Games & Sports 

Each activity is designed with the campers' needs in mind by staff who are trained in the field. Staff are trained annually in the following: First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety, plus additional orientation. 

Governed by Triumph Services, Inc. (comprised of three agencies: Bridgeway, KCCDD, and Warren Achievement Center), Camp Kidz has been in operation since 2000. For additional inquires, please contact Camp Kidz via e-mail
