KCCDD, Inc. is a non-profit agency serving 300 individuals with an intellectual or other developmental disability and senior citizens. The KCCDD Board of Directors is seeking applicants for the position of Chief Executive Officer due to the retirement of our current Chief Executive Officer.

SUBMISSIONS DUE BY OCTOBER 1st, 2021. 

Education: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is required, and a Master's Degree in a course of study related to human services is preferred. 

Experience: 

  • A minimum of five years of non-profit managerial experience in human services is preferred. 

Skills: 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an agency of over 120 employees, and must be able to develop and manage diverse social service programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and senior citizens. 

  • Applicant should demonstrate experience in fundraising, grant writing, personnel issues, public relations, and budget development, as well as familiarity with Federal and State of Illinois labor laws and regulations, the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities, the Illinois Department on Aging, and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). 

 

Salary commensurate with experience.
