Work Force

Phoenix Industries provides services to individuals seeking to optimize their vocational skills. Workers for each job contract are assigned based on their capability, experience, and personal interest to do a particular job. All workers receive individualized training consistent with their skill level and are paid based on their individual productivity.

Supervision

Contracts are supervised by staff members who have received thorough training in all areas of the job operation, with special attention given to specific quality guidelines.

Quality Control

Phoenix Industries' quality policy is to provide products and services which meet or exceed customer expectations through continuous quality improvement. Work on new contracts does not begin until detailed quality standards are established and confirmed by our customers.

Pricing

All work is analyzed by trained and certified practitioners, using a predetermined time standard known as MODAPTs. After the evaluation process, contracts are competitively priced. Hourly rates for every job are established using guidelines from the Department of Labor.

Facilities

Our facility is located at 1200 Monmouth Boulevard in Galesburg. It includes production and warehouse space, as well as multiple loading docks. Pick up and delivery are available.
